Challenges and need

  • Client was not able to connect to the core system of State Bank of Vietnam, thus limiting transaction capabilities to other banks in Vietnam.
  • The issues led to difficulties in serving customers and expanding their customer base.

Our work

  • Conducted a comprehensive analysis of the current status.
  • Deployed the Cruzlink system at Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh branches, connecting Core Banking system of Head Quarter in Korea, Banks in Vietnam and Napas.
  • Developed payment features similar to Vietnamese banks complied with Napas’s standards.

Outcome

  • Deployed a new connection mechanism complied with Napas’s standard which ensures smooth, safe and instant transactions.
  • Developed multiple new banking functions including ATM/POS, IBFT, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Citad and Vnpay.
